A Note Of Thanks From Tory

Photo: @chorizo.con.papa / Bike: @estherachapman

Our goal for the Chopper Fest has always been to create a platform for artists and builders to showcase their talents while inspiring future generations. The art and bike show had so much talent, and the love for Dave Mann was evident with all the tribute art on display. This year's event was met with some challenges, we had some tough decisions to make, and I personally want to thank everyone who lightened the load weighing on my mind with their positive, upbeat attitudes despite the weather. Thank you to our sponsors and EVERYONE who came out to support our 16th Annual Motorcycle Art and Culture Show. See you next year! December 13th, 2020 - @toryduvarney, David, Sean, Christie, Jennifer, and Lisa.

We want to thank every person that battled the rain and attended the Chopper Fest on Sunday. The sun appeared by eleven, and Main Street overflowed with attendees. It's always great to see old friends, meet fellow members, and supporters. Big thanks to those who bought chopcult gear. We'll have a full feature heading your way from @johnathonmartinphotography until then keep an eye on @chopperfest for post-event coverage. Thanks again!

Focus Feature: The Allegheny Road Run

Article and photos by Panhead Jim - When you hear the name "Antique Motorcycle Club of America" what's the first thing that comes to mind? For most of us, the AMCA brings up images of swap meets filled with old motorcycle parts being sold by guys with even older beards. Unless you are a member, what you probably don't realize is that the best-kept secret isn't the swap meets, but the half dozen road runs the AMCA puts on each year across the US. These three-day events are always a great time, whether you come for the scenic roads, the camaraderie, or just the challenge of riding 1,000 miles on a vintage motorcycle in the span of a week. This year, I rode my 64 for panhead up to Ligonier, PA, for the Allegheny Mountain Chapter of the AMCA's National Road Run. As is always the case with old motorcycles, it was a bit more of an adventure than I expected. Read more.
