Deep Six Cycles is a small grass roots shop. We offer a small line of parts made in the good ole USA (by me in my shop) ranging from Handlebars to Brass Foot Pegs. Our products are built to order which means a simple variation on design/dimensions is no problem at all.
We are geared more towards nostalgic based customs but have no brand loyalty (and a not so secret love for old metric bikes). Hell to be honest we just like bikes! Our services range from general fabrication & machine shop services to maintenance and tire changes,
Our products and our shop have been featured in Dice Magazine, Street Chopper, The Chop Magazine, And the Cycle Source Blog.
Our Website is a joke... http://deepsixcycles.com/
But feel free to visit our Blog- http://deepsixcycles.blogspot.com/
http://www.facebook.com/deepsixcycle#!/deepsixcycle
I will ad some pictures of some of our products shortly. And any one who is local or passing through should feel free to look me up and come by and do some bench racing...

TOM may have talent, but he doesn't deliver when it comes to business... Buyer Beware... I'm sorry I ever recommended him.... And NO, I don't have a way to get ahold of him, or to help get your money back... I get emails/calls once every few months. Same old story.... "Tom was great at communicating, until I sent him my fork legs and cash, its been 4 months with no communication" - like clockwork...

I made these bars for a 33er. In a rush, on short notice. This is the best picture I have as they were boxed and shipped immediately after this shot.

Here are some of the other bars we offer.
Tri Win Bars. Available in 1" or 7/8". With pull down, Pull back, or a combination of the two. Available in Powder coat or raw dog. The top bar on our Win bars tend to be 22" across so if you would like alittle more length just let us know when you order.
All our bars are built to order. What this means is that we don't mass produce anything. When your order comes in we begin production. The great thing about this is since we are building a set of bars for you specifically. Minor tweaks and adjustments can be made for no additional cost!
Standard Win Bars.

We have 7" Flat Fenders for a pretty reasonable price $35 plus shipping. They fit a 16". 7" is the minimum width I could get them from the company I found to produce them... So they may be a little wide but I can tell you they are made in Tennessee!

Man Im glad you think so! I discovered my shop bathroom in flames the morning I showed up to finish these bars. Due to the fire at the shop I had to bum a generator & Go to my bud Hugh's (Hand Built) Shop and bum his welder to get these bars out! Thanks for bearing with me man! I hope you truly dig them!

I updated some of the options with the bars mostly pull down/ roll back of the top bar & top bar length. Keep in mind one of the reasons to wait for my "built to order" bars is the fact that they are not just some off the shelf one size fits all made in China B.S... If you are diggin my bars but want them just slightly different to suit your build as in dimensions, pull back/ pull down, knurling distance, or what ever. Give me a call or shoot me an email and I will try to work some thing out that will work for you. That is the benefit of not being part of a mass produced big box chain!

Stainless Adapters are now in production! So heres deal is with these pegs! The stainless adapter is 1 1/2" long 1/2" Thick. It is turned to with in +/- 3 tenths of of the i.d. of the peg. The adapter is cooled and the peg is heated for a shrink fit similar to installing neck cups. I feel this should make for the sturdiest/ safest brass peg on the market. And yeah it very well may be over kill... I will be doing r&d on adapters for female Harley mounts next and have it in mind to also offer some the Brit, Yamaha XS, And maybe Honda Cb. But the Female Harley ones are next.

I can no longer say with confidence that Tom will be good to do business with... Unfortunate.
