Default Who's making 63-70 650 triumph bolt on hardtails?

I remember 20-25 years ago the only hardtail sections we could find were the one's offered by BCS with 6" stretch. Ugh.

Then a few years ago it seemed like you could order them up any way you wanted through WillyJ, The Factory Metal Works or David Bird.

Seems like they're hard to come by again.

Where did they go? Who's producing them now?

In case this helps anyone out, old's cool choppers were easy to get a hold of and built my hardtail to me specs in just a few weeks. I haven't mocked it up yet to check for fit, but it does look well built.
Thanks for the suggestions TriNortChopz and all.
