05-23-2022 #21Thats looking real nice.At first I thought you were going to build one of those look-to-the-sky, too long front end with no rake or stretch... But that is coming together great! Geometry looks real good. Thanks for building a proper chopper (meaning frame parallel to the ground).

08-29-2022 #24Yes let the fairing hate flow through you
Different can be hard with choppers.
You look at them long enough and they all become the same bike.

Couldn't get the trail right with the 0 degree sportster tripple tree so i bought a adjustible rake tree from Twinside cycles in Italy, adjustible from -1 to +10 degrees.
Ditched the fender struts and put on a small sissy bar to mount the license plate and lights. Nice to be able to strap a bag to it on long runs.
Here is how it sits with +5 degree rake

Looks like you lost the fairing. 1 note on how the fairing looked. I think a fairing that wrapped around the fork/trees would lessen the odd look of just a headlight surround.
Exhaust looks really good.

Yes i had to ditch the fairing when i changed tripple tree. Im planning to run an eye brow on it but the i have to weld bungs to the tree to mount it but that is no priority for now.
