Hi everyone, getting ready to start working on this build I consider it a basket. Trying to id the frame but it looks like it got powdercoated, there are some numbers visible but vague. The serial on the engine appears to be 58 FL 1150. Thanks for any help, I appreciate it. #panhead

Montana title 58 HD, has the blue tag number on there. I'm interested in knowing for fitment of parts.

From here it looks like the correct frame (DuoGlide) for the motor.

No, sorry.. Swing chop, no mods to the frame.

Dragster, I will fully admit I'm a newbie to panhead's but not wrenching. Just looking for some advice and info from people who know more than I do, to build the bike I've wanted forever.

The frame is HD dropseat frame so its pre 1965. They are nice frames. Sit lower in the seat.

Looking for help from the wise builders on this forum trying to figure out the length of the rear axle sleeve in a 58-62 juice drum setup. 58 swing frame. The one I have is 3.25 " and only barely sits out side the swingarm. Thanks for your help, will post build pictures soon.
