I used an image processing program to design K&Q seat and "trumpet" pipes. The seat will be like that but pipes, let's see what the final version will be.

      Ou jee...
The sheet metal frame of the K&Q seat is almost ready. The cardboard model of the seat makes it easy to see how the camel's "hump" needs to be made on the sheet metal frame of the seat.
The tail light and license plate are temporarily attached to the sissy bar so that you can see where it would be good to install it.

        Houdi joudi...
The frame of the bench would be ready now.
Next, the padding on, but the seamstress can make the cover.

          Soooo...
This time I built a mounting bracket for the icnition coil.
It still needs something, maybe a cover over it.
Well, i have to think about it.

Nice work! Vulcans look so much better chopped than stock.

                    That's right, it gets better.
                    I started making pipes.

Well. The pipes is somehow welded together, only the rest of the tic welding and fixing is left.
The spring-loaded connection point of both pipes will be approximately near by the side cover.
The welding supports in the pipes (shown in the picture) will not stay in the final version.

The project has progressed and here are a few pictures of what I have done.
E.g. mounting bracket for pipes, mirror, fuel cap...
There is always something to work on and i have to remember to update the pictures here.

A few days ago, I did an inventory in the wardrobe and found a hip flask in the pocket of the party jacket, but it was empty, too bad
I immediately found a use for it because heavy alcohol no longer suits me, but beer does
The hip flask got a new place as protection for the ignition coils, and in that cap i installed the gear clearance light.
I put the front turn signals in the frame tube as shown in the picture.

So, at the moment my Kawi Chopper project looks like this.
e.g. I got the girder from chrome plating yesterday and immediately started installing it.
Generally, I update the Kawi project here http://finnbikers.fi/foorumi/index.php?topic=14540.0
but I'm trying to remember chop cult too
