Kid up the street from me that helps me in the shop and my sister at home from time to time OD-ed last night on horse ...
Just 28, had his whole life ahead of him ...
Drugs have no borders... They kill the rich, poor, famous, and anyone else they can get the hooks in. Its sad.

I swear that is one of the sweetest motors I've seen!
The good ones only get one chance And the two junkies next-door that steal from everybody around here never manage to OD bad enough that somebody doesn't save them. Yep the same little jerk that took the head to my milling machine and a 9" disc brake ford axle just before he went to jail but his little bro had taken up the slack till Clayton gets back next month. I told my friend the Fire Chief that he could have the 460 he has been wanting if he will get there too late with the Narcan to save the little bro. It seems like he has ODed 16 or 17 times and they keep saving him so he can steal my stuff and terrorize the neighborhood. But he has a second amendment right so his parents and the cops keep giving their guns back.

Thanks, it did turn out to be one of the nicest motors I did in a long while ..
Not many Folks will go all out on looks, but this Ol' Boy is building a show bike ..
He has many scoots so it's not like this will be a daily ride ...
When he shows up to pick it up, he's bringing a 53 Pan motor to do the same way ... Or close to it .. ??

Some work went down, still have the need to size the guides ..
Front Pulley cover fits big twins from 55' to 69' or aftermarket generator motors.
Will work with 1.5 or smaller belt drive systems or open chain.
Since this motor is sporting a 70-up motor sprocket shaft, you'll need to make up a spacer ,
That spacer could be incorporated in a motor plate to tie the motor to the trans ...
(Kill two birds with one stone type deal)
Did this on my 52 Pan/Shovel ... Running a 65-69 mainshaft in order to allow room for a offset trans sprocket ..
Needed that offset to be able to run a fatter tire (Got a 150 back there)
Made up just a spacer to go between the inner primary and motor case, no motor plate ..
When I get to the shop I'll snap a picture ... Kinda hard to spot it cause it fits really well ..
Intakes are honed to final size ... 0.001" wall fit ...
Will take the exhaust to 0.0015 ...
Now to see how well the C-630 guides stayed true to the head guide bores ...
Should be dang close with using the "Pull me in tool" to install the guides ..
Not bad ..
New guides held the centerline going in pretty well ...
I've been neglecting bike stuff lately (spring cleaning, working on shop, replacing F150 engine because I missed my Tommy Gate) but will eventually figger out a five speed belt drive to match da gearbox then sort out a plate to connect engine and tranny, the plainer the basic belt drive kit the better.
Got my mill sorted with a VFD and a bigger motor for my lathe is in progress so making parts will be no problem. Tentative plan is amputate the alternator end and mill a replacement which would incorporate a spacer as needed.
Pics of interesting five speeds on generator engines wanted for inspiration.
Man, mine has BEEN fired up for a while in SC! Both shop and house...
Heat even chased me indoors. (I'm near Manning.) It was almost hot enough for my chickens to spread their wings for cooling. Open beaks are the first response (chickens don't sweat so they're internally and externally air cooled).
