    Active vn800 Users

Looking for help with my 99' Kawasaki vn800.

Things I would like to have done but dont 100% know how
    Springer front end
    Rear duel disk brakes
    Suicide shifter
What electronics will the bike run without?
Can I use a munit blue on it (I assume so)

An 800 Drifter is my current daily rider, unfortunately I know almost zero about anything you mentioned.

There are a few guys in the Drifter community that have converted to springer fronts, I know for a fact there was a guy in Germany that made it look pretty easy to swap on a DNA.

Check out the various Drifter boards for some good ideas, Vulcan Drifter Riders in particular is a wealth of knowledge, unfortunately the forum there is next to useless, but scour their banks of pdfs and you'll find a lot of good stuff:

The M-Unit is an aftermarket ECU, if the OEM one works, why bother replacing it? Dual discs on the rear are pointless because either a drum or single disc can be more than enough to lock the rear of a fairly light bike like the VN800. A rear dual disc setup means that a sprocket/disc conversion is necessary which isn't all that practical since the disc and pads on the drive side will easily be contaminated by chain lube. IMO the sprocket/disc is more of a hassle than it's worth and the end result will only be that the rear wheel will be easier to lock up... something you don't want.
