I've got a shop in High Point, not far. I work on old HD only, and have a few customers who are chopping HDs.

I'm about to move up to the Winston Salem area in April/May. Right around your neck of the woods man. Was tryin to get my shovel build done before the move but that's not gonna happen. Might need to find connects up there for some pro welding assistance or machine shops. My build thread is over at: http://www.chopcult.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53065

We'll have to get a Chop Cult Carolinas meetup going this summer man. For sure.

    For sure!

Get in touch when you get in state and we will meet up! Probably easier on facebook, Fred Akman or add the club page facebook.com/stumblerschopperclub

I'm in Winston-Salem. Definitely don't see too many chops being ridden around here, but there are a few. Smokey Mountain Chopperfest is in May and not too far from the Triad, and I'm planning to hit that for a day or so.

Right on. Any good local resources around Winston Salem?

    Chrome?
Old timer engine dudes that know pan/shovels?
    Parts distributors?
    Welders?
    Machine shops?
