Currently building my shovel over the winter. I'm going with a hardtail and stock rake with a springer (26" from front of rocker to bottom of springs)
Naturally I wanna run a 21" but at this stage it looks like the bike is gonna be leaning back to far for my taste. I wanna see anyone else running extended front ends on a rigid bike with a 19" front wheel. Thanks.

I dont know how many inches over stock your springer is but my shoveled pan here
has a 12" over hydro front end with a 19" front wheel. The frame is not stock, It has about
a 38 deg. rake. I'm not exactly sure but I think the neck is stretched upward a bit, how much

That goose neck frame looks like that one that Number One Wing was trying to sell a few
years ago, He had that thing posted on ebay for months and months & kept putting it
on the CC classifieds, and was asking way too much money for it. probably still has it

He's going for a no rake bike with an incredibly long front end . Permanent wheelie effect.
Trail calculations be damned.
Problem is a 21 is bringing the wheelie king too easy to go over backwards and , through careful calculation , has determined that the approximate 3/4" difference between the 19&21" wheels should keep him firmly planted.

A couple from back in the day - mostly ran 21" fronts but these were 19" as I recall.

Too bad your calculator is wrong. 19" from the bottom of a stock springer is not 4" under but 4&1/2" OVER so that is an 8&1/2" swing . At 26" it is an 11&1/2" over on a stock rake bike.
Things are looking up.
Actually my measurements were taken to the rear rockerthough the calculator looks like it was taken to the axle so let's add an inch to that.
Some of my comments were " tongue and cheek" and over exaggerated for effect but , as I see it , he is going to be up there quite a bit. Pic is taken from my stock length knuckle soringer

taken from Shovelhead US; note length for FX and late Sportster forks:

Fork lengths measured in inches from the bottom of the lower fork bearing cup (or a point parallel to it on the fork tube) to the center of the axle hole.
With this list, you can determine the length of a set of tubes, a springer, a girder, or whatever, you need.
By adding the stock length to the extension figure, you’ll then arrive at a reasonably close idea of how far the fork will raise your frame above the tire and pavement.

(Note : all lengths were measured on an unladen bike resting on a sidestand. Adding weight or changing springs will change lengths slightly)

Not much difference between a 19 or 21 inch front wheel with tire on.
Pick your tire carefully and you will get where you want to go.
