Default Shovelhead and sportster front brake master cylinder interchangeable?

I have a 1982 FXE with dual disc brakes and am doing a swap with a 1999 Sportster front end (dual Disc single piston calipers).

My sportster master cylinder is 11/16 and Im not quite sure what the size of the Shovel master cylinder is.

Can I run my dual disc Shovel master with the later model sportster brake calipers with no problems?

All '82 master cylinders that I know of, both front and rear,, for all models, were 3/4 bore. You might consider changing to the 11/32 master cylinder to go with the later calipers. The 3/4 master cylinder will work, but with more lever pressure needed, and a more "wooden" feel.
