Harley JFK swing arm on CB400?

Damn autocorrect changed fhl to JFK

Hey I'm brand new to moto building. Picking up this cool 79 Honda CB400. Please let me know if this is not a not idea but I like the look of the 80s Harley FHL swing arms and was wondering if anyone was able to run Harley swing arms on old Honda frames Click image for larger version

2011 Thread: Extended swing arm on Honda CB400 or similar? Anyone done it?

Ineke Hekman's Honda CB400 custom is called the 'Blue Note Jazz' and hails from the Netherlands. The best part, she built it herself.

might find some good info here:

If buildin' old school choppers was easy, anyone could do it... ain't nobody said it's gonna be easy...

I'm trying to lengthen and lower the frame. Was considering making one from scratch or modifying an existing one. I like the look of these thoClick image for larger version

I'm planning on hardtailing this bike probably later in life, when I get anoher project or get bored of the look.
