The original bearings (New Departure ND3203AU) aren't made anymore, unless you can find some NOS ones. The replacement bearings are 88503 (NSK or similar). 40mm OD / 17mm ID / 16.6mm wide. They are slightly narrower than the originals (0.634" narrower). I just rebuilt and narrowed a mid star hub. Made a custom bearing spacer from stainless. To use the one you have, just put it in the lathe and take a few thou off the inside.

I still needed everything else in the kitwhich everything seems to fit as it should. I just need the correct spacer and I’ll be set.
