Default switching out brake and clutch lever.. question

So I'm switching bars and the stock stuff takes up pretty much the entire bar. I want to switch to something like Kustom tech's lever or a similar off brand version. Most of the master cylinder's for the front brake look tiny compared to the stock one. Does this matter, is a certain volume of brake fluid required or does it just need to be full and air free?

Also, does anyone know if the stock brake line connector and clutch hoops are universal thing that SHOULD transfer over easily?

    thanks for your response !
