Frame ID help

So the story goes I found this in the old man's garage the other day. He said its all mine if I want and all he could say about it was it's a pre 60's harley frame because it has no numbers on it. I know by the neck it looks much more like a Paughco frame but im not positive. Any insight would be great. Thanks in advance
