He can bring em back to Std bore by LA Sleeves ....
Cost wise, it would be cheaper to buy the re-pop jugs....
I do sleeves to the oldies that new jugs are hard to come by...

I've pulled the jugs and am sending them to my local mechanic machinist to bore out for 150 $ and ordered a set of. 20 over wiseco pistons as Well as getting the heads gone through machines flat and vales sounds etc gone through with be putting back together within a week hopefully does anyone know what brand piston this is

I seen the w stamp so I checked wiseco couldn't match the part number or find anything online

I hope the guy is used to doing bike heads not just automotive. Most car machine shops cut to much off of bike parts because that's what they do day in and day out...

Sorry should have specified he's a machinist and a Harley triumph mechanic best within 400 km
Does all old bike I was just trying to save as much $ as possible but look like I'm going to be spending it get her nice and fresh

That looks like a forged piston... The cuts at the bottom around the wrist pin kinda looks like the old TRW or Manley's .. ?? Originally Posted by coffinhead

You might be dealing with a stroker ..??
Once you get them off the rod, there could be a name that can be seen at the top inside the piston...

Just to make sure the pistons that you will be getting can be used...
Be a wise idea to make sure your motor hasn't been stroked ...
You can pull the timing hole plug and look for numbers on the flywheel ... OR
Load the piston back on the rod without the rings on it and load the cylinder ...
Go to bottom dead center of stroke and measure to the top of the jug...
You should have a measurement of 4-1/4" ... If it's more than that ... "Woopee"
