3/4 mags on 25mm axle?

Can anybody tell me how you fit older mags with 3/4 bearing ID on newer Harley's with 25mm axles? I've heard of it being done, but I can't find any info on how to do it. Would just buy wheels for 25mm but the price shoots up dramatically, and makes it significantly less affordable for me.

If the bearings are sealed you can simply swap them with 25mm. If they're Timken style you can have the opening enlarged at a machine shop to run 25mm. Sometimes, on cast wheels, the o.d. of the inner spacer is just a bit too large to fit through the hub so that opening will need to be addressed as well.

You can also get creative with a 3/4" axle and sleeve reducers in the fork sliders...or maybe have a two-piece axle made that threads together in the center. Lots of options. Just decide what you WANT to do then figure it out.
