I own a coffee roasting company in Albuquerque, NM. Slow Burn Coffee. Been roasting coffee now for about 5 years. It's a cool business. I recently closed my original company after buying out my previous business partner, and started the current brand with a good friend. I occasionally do some welding and mechanical work on the side. I'm certified all process all position, but the welding industry in NM is a joke, handful of good jobs that never open up and the rest is dumpster work. Anyways my interest in welding is more gear towards my own fabrication needs. Also have a small farm with horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, blah blah. And a teenager and an infant.

And every time I find 15 minutes I spend it either wrenching or riding!

SEO is quite profitable and you can learn it yourself. There are a lot of great video courses and free tools to start.
I work both with English and Spanish markets. And can recommend you to start from reading SEO blogs (you can easily find them on google) and watch video lessons. Also, tools like ahrefs and similarweb are very important.

Semi retired after 30-odd years in oil and gas, still working about half the year as project engineer for directional drilling company. I would retire, but I get to play with all these big boys toys...
