i work at a fish plant and drive box trucks, drive forklifts , clean the floor, and wholesale fish. i do a little auto and small engine work on the side and i do your mom with king dead beat not at the same time though haahahhahahaha

I work for an engineering/survey company - we do big-ass pipelines and power transmission lines. I get to do the legal document drawings that gets people to lose their property - eminent domain laws are harsh.
Folks, word of advice, take the third offer from the parent company doing the project that crosses your property, after that they can EASILY take rights on your land for pennies. Reject the first, hassle them on the second, and take the third and final offer. Otherwise bend over....apply lube as necessary......
