Win a custom hardtail from Led Sled Customs

Our friends at Led Sled Customs are offering one lucky member the chance of winning a custom EVO Sportster Hardtail for your next project.

Led Sled Customs will be giving away an EVO Sportster Hardtail. It will have a 2" stretch and fits a stock 130/150 rear tire. This weld on kit works on Sportsters 1982-2003. The kit includes hardtail, axle and adjusters.
    Retails $490.

    The rules are easy

1.) Post a photo of your project or bike that you would use the hardtail on

2.) Once receiving the custom hardtail you are required to begin a thread in the American Bikes, Build Threads forum so we can watch your build progress.

    * Please note: It will take Pat ten days to create and ship out your product. Shipping will only be included for the LOWER 48, any winners outside this territory will be responsible for additional shipping charges

We would like to thank Pat and the staff at Led Sled Customs for their generous offer.

Check out their website, and give them a follow on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!
Winner will be chosen on May 23, 2014
    Best of luck!

Nice!!! Really wanted to go this way, but have already drained myself just getting the bike (sort of) running and wouldn't be able to afford this until next tax season most likely. Fingers crossed, my bike is rad and fun, but it really looks like shit haha.

I'm running the struts now. Gotta fake it until you make it. Would love a Led Sled hard tail. If I could afford one now it would be on there already. Doing the best I can. D.I.Y. until I D.I.E.

                  Bummer, I have an '81 and an '05; I can't use it!

Very cool of Led Sled to do this though. Good luck all!

haha well thanks! I dont get much positive feedback on it, not even from my self haha (I'm like 90% happy with the look, but it is super uncomfortable)

but I made it! cut up an old seat pan and shaped some foam out of my kids old life jackets, then cut up an old leather jacket and made the skin for it.

haha, obviously I need help getting parts

Finally to a point on my 96 1200 where the next step is hard tail. would be so rad to cut my build costs in half and be able to dump this money into other parts for the build. cheers

Was saving for one but had to spend all my hard earned cash on medical bills after some jackass caused me to wreck and took off. Im not too proud to play the pity card.
