Nice development (folding process) on that sheet for the bracket. If you haven't I suggest submitting your blog for the blog dump.

Well after staring at this and at the David Bird looped tail all day at work I have finally convinced myself. I was looking for something a bit different and this fits the bill nicely and should look pretty cool with a cobra seat. I'm not quite sure what you are running for a stretch and drop, can I place the order or would the price change a bit based on that? Also I wonder if there is enough room to cut anything into the dropouts like a couple of bolts?

Sweet, give me a minute to update the website. I rushed to put it up and never got around to adding the options.

Just purchased the 3" stretch with the fender strut mounts. This is what happens when I get held over at work, I buy shit w/o telling my wife. Let me know if you have the room on those dropouts to do some cutouts, if so I can shoot you some more cash.

Thanks for the support! We could fit something small. What were you thinking?

Taillight/plate bracket for this bike and a new product.

Running light, brake light, and plate light all in a tiny 3.5"x.5"x.5" housing

Defiantly a possibility, I'll do some tests soon.

                          Tank mount #1

P.S. dont judge the undercut on those welds. Just a root pass until I strip the frame.

Alrighty here's a little picture walk through of the process for the tank mounts.

Idea pops in my head, quick cardboard cut out thingy to get some measurements...Design and cut.

                              Form around 1.5" tubing

                              weld

                              Not too shabby eh?

                              turned out a 1/4"x20 bung

And boom! one flush mount tank mount done

Heres where it gets interesting. Flush mount/frame gusset, hurt my brain a bit figuring this one out but it worked!

                              welded and blended

                              More 1/4"x20 bungs

                              It fits!
