Can you recommend a place to stay for the Dice/Kung Foo Tap and Taco party?
Hotel, motel, as long as its in a decent area and close.

Damn. May 15! I may be in town for that. The Tap is just south of the downtown area off of SW 7th Street, so any of the downtown hotels would be convenient. Travelocity shows a Marriott for $89 a night. The Holiday Inn on 6th just north of the freeway is around $85. There is the Quality Inn on 3rd Street, just south of the freeway (I-235) as well, which is pretty nice.

Off of Fleur Dr (over by the airport), you'll have a bunch of budget-friendly options too. Hampton, Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, Best Western, etc.

Also, there are some camping options, if anyone is going native on this one.

Walnut Woods is just a shot away and has a pretty nice campground. Lord knows I've "fallen asleep" in the Water Works area, too.

Not just'' any ''hotels or motels but,places bikes can be pulled into our rooms.....bates looking type places,rent by the hour places....

You might check over on SE 14th then or just north of town on 6th or NE 14th. Most of these places won't have web sites or anything, but would have the ground level exterior entrance you're looking for. And hourly rates.

A week closer...

My shovel might be 3 colors and not have a seat but I'll be there. At least it will have some sparkly blue grips that look like dildos... the Iowa farm girls should dig that.
