So I did a search and found a ton of threads on craigslist gold, and I know the mods don't want "heinous" bikes posted in the main thread, so why not post them all in one convenient spot for everybody to enjoy (photos are helpful)

Looks like you're right to me, if I'm seeing it right it looks like it's still a hand clutch too. So pull clutch with left hand, pull up on shifter with right hand....

It does say Suicide Shift, I'd say that's pretty accurate. It's definitely suicidal to try it that way IMO.
