8 over with a 34 degree rake and 2 up in the down tubes.

Heres an update on mine. Had to add mufflers and mirrors to apease the law.

Nice! How much over is that front end? Stock rake?

Any info on cutting up the primary?

I put it on a mill and cut it down to a reasonable thickness and not past any strength reinforcement points. Kept the starter area and a small chunk for the starter jack shaft. This could all be done with a grinder ect. Belt is a belt setup from bdl, designed to fit into stock evo primaries.

That is an awesome looking bike. I am going for a similar look with one of the bikes I'm working on, although it's not an evo. I call it the "bananaglide". I might throw in a 67 motor I have so it's easier to title and still need to shave the seat to be a little more form fitting and then reupholster it.
