I noticed, on a few of these bikes that have an open carb intake, that while the bike is parked a rag is either stuffed into the intake and or used to cover it instead.

Why? What is the concern? Do they think a bug is gonna fly inside the carb or what?

That fender setup on the Pan/Shovel is wacky.

I love it and hate it at the same time.

definately hill climb inspired fender but maybe not. He might need that height to grab those grips properly. Maybe his wrists are broken. Those grip angles on the fender bike look unrideable to me.
