What's your bike's name?

So, I was wondering what some of the different bike "names" are out there. Why?

Mine is Purple Mustard. Not sure why....seemed funny to me at the time....sometimes I call Purple Mustard "Thumpy" (Single cylinder engine)

What about everyone else?

I called it "Rebel Yellow" at first. But I just couldn't stick with it.

So far even I been calling it "The Banana Bike"

And recently it's been dubbed "The Tasseled Banana"........but It's been called worse.

When I first got it my non riding friends constantly referred to it as the "Purple Rain" bike.

After I got hit last summer it became the "One eye'd Purple Peter Eater" go figure...

I still haven't named it yet, I'm waiting till I get done with my first redux on the bike. Should be very interesting to find out what they refer to it then.

My shovels 's always been Maggie. sometimes Maggie May sometimes Maggie May Not depends on her mood. My brothers have said she outlasted most of their women. Maggie has been a constant in our lives since1984. Named her after the lady that introduced me to my wife. My wife says that Maggie is the only mistress allowed in my life and she's DAMNED EXPENSIVE!!!

My 81 shovel chop is "chestnut". My sack pretty much sits right on the rear rocker box. I have to stand up at red lights. Its not bad in the wind though.
