    Default 80's chops

I know what 60's chops look like, I know what 70's chops look like....

What did 1980's chops look like, and why does noone replicate that style (maybe they do, I dont know) or is it just a matter of time before people do?

    Just wonderin'.

    Junkpile it if need be

Nobody replicates that style because everything about the 80s sucked.

And with that avatar... You should come out to the Alien Abduction Bash. Check it out, there's a thread on it in the events section.

I actually had to Google that to know wtf you were talking about. There's my proof that the 80s sucked.

I have some pretty funny 80's easyriders that I should scan. There was still some rad stuff in the 80's but just imagine what the bikes between the un-rideable late 70's diggers and the chrome tribal 90's monstrosities would have looked like, and you're there.

A few more years and the 80's style will be the next 70's style. The price of Chrome doo-dads will skyrocket from your obsessions with it. I can't wait until you all hate the kinds of bikes I love.

i think ill stick with what i am more familiar with- 70s on back styling. i especially like the ":unrideable" 70s diggers .

i think i stayed wasted in the 80s

I was only around for the last 6 months of the 80s. That's one decade I'm glad I wasn't alive for. Every other decade in modern history has some aspect that fascinated me... The 80s? Not so much.

The 80's weren't as bad as you think. If you like Heavy metal it was a terrific decade. Metallica(real Metallica not that new crap) megadeth, slayer, Anthrax, Pantera etc...... Heck even Zakk Wylde was rippin shit up in the 80's. The bikes though, yeah they sucked, but at least there was good music

I'll agree that there was some good metal... But I've never been a huge fan of that stuff honestly. I like to listen to Pantera and Slayer occasionally, but when it comes to metal I'm more of a metalcore fan.

The 80's wasn't so bad. Indeed, it was a great time for metal music and it's the last decade where the US did great horror movies. After that...only a bunch of lame pieces of crap came out, or worst, some very shitty remakes.
