What rake in the frame are you planning with those +24" 39mm tubes? Flexing may be an issue depending on your rake.

that 110 mm measurement is the BCD ( bolt circle diameter) for the 4 mounting bolts?
what size are the bolt holes?
What about the rotor's center bore diameter?
