An old electrician's trick for getting a pull line through a conduit. It can also be blown in if you have the hose adapter that allows string to pass through. But yes, it works very well.

Yep... I'm in the upstate and we've been seeing the 90's lately. I'm hot natured anyway, so anything above 80 can be miserable to me if I'm the slightest bit active. The older I get the worse it...

Yeah, I haven't heard of anyone knurling pistons on anything newer than a shovel, and that was years ago. At best it was sort of an emergency fix to get you where you could go through the top end...
