this is a great thread, good inspiration for a harder bike to mod compared to the xs's and cb's. It would be nice to see a hardtail kit sometime for us that are less fab/weld inclined.

I know biltwell makes some struts, I think theyre 9.5 eye to eye. Anyone know of anything lower, or just better? Biltwell is a pretty solid brand

Ive been asking the same question, I have a 78 gs550 with pods. Ive heard that with just pods on it you dont always have to rejet, just synch the carbs. But Ive also heard to go up a jet size or two....

like the title says, im an idiot and when i was changing the tires someone pulled the brake lever, so now my front caliper is completely clamped. I took it off but i dont know how to un clamp it
