Thinking about doing a 4-1/2" stroke on one....
Already has the 3-7/8" Big Bore done on the jugs...Makes it into a 106 inch.

Will be using a S&S crank that comes balanced and ready to "Plug & Play"

Owner is on the hunt for Pop-Bottles to sale at the moment....
We'll see how he makes out here shortly....

Seems that this year of 2016 will be "The Year of the Stroker"

Got a old Sportster coming from Belgium to do a build on...
Owner said he wanted to stroke it a bit....
May be doing a 4-5/8" stroke to the critter...
Takes it up to 65.4 cubes..

There was a day when this was easy to do....

Just sent the rotating assembly to T&O for dynamic balance & assembly:

Helps to have a CNC to make the cradles.

67564

67565

The whole thing gets a top screwed on & gets dropped in the heavy cardboard box on the floor. Re-usable packaging.

Sweet shipping cradle!

Those with no CNC or rotary table could cut V-blocks for similar protection.
