here are the new pangea speed axle adjusters. made out of 12 gauge stainless steel so they will never rust. there are two sizes 3/4in(the style with the winged logo) and 20mm (.79in) if you have a 1 in axle they can easily be drilled out to 1 in. they can be used on any flat axle plate all you have to do is mount a post for them to rotate against. i like to use a 1/4-20 socket head cap screw. check out photos below to see how they work. $25/pair+5 shipping
