RIPPED OFF!! Parts seller in North West Wisconsin! Beware!

Anyone in the La Crosse area of Wisconsin, Blair WI specifically that has ever dealt with an Andrew B. Sovereign? A good friend of mine purchased a frame and title off of him from a craigslist ad. He sent him a cashiers check for $850.00 to a P.O box and now its been weeks and weeks and he hasnt received the title or the frame. This Andrew guy kept in good contact with him by phone up until he said he recieved the check, and said the frame was on its way. This guy was also trying to sell a 48' Panhead motor and sounded very legit.
If anyone knows this guy personally and the guy had some type of situtation or if anyone has been scammed by him please Email me @ Kingkustoms13@yahoo.com!
