Kickstart Cycle Supply

Walt has been wrenching on motorcycles since 1943 when he finished single-handedly kicking Japan's ass in WWII. He then invented plastic, overhead valve engines and pioneered space flight long before NASA. Now he sells motorcycle parts, fights bulls and organizes the East Coast's premier event: The Gypsy Run.

Most of us can't take off the two weeks it would take to ride from home to Baja and back. What if you could do it in seven days? Would ya? Yes you would. Mike 47 and I will be hauling a trailer from the great state of New Jersey to The jump off point in Temecula, CA. The trailer is almost full, Almost! We have room for a few more bikes. more specifically, we have a spot for YOUR bike. Imagine flying into California meeting up with your bike, having the time of your life in Mexico then, The bike is back in the trailer to be lovingly transported home while you are on a flight munching on complimentary peanuts! "That's great Walt, but I don't live in New Jersey." Where there is a will there is a way. Give us a call, You would be surprised just how good we are at logistics. Just to be clear… this is your chance for some real, dirt in your teeth, puke on your shoes style adventure. Don't be the guy in the bar that tells the sad tale about the time he shoulda gone to Baja. Be the brave mutherfucker that did it. Call Mike for all the details @ 908. 526. 8865 or email mike@47fab.com

No Good Deed Winner!

After getting an unbelievable amount of great submissions, the hand of fate has chosen a winner. The Hand of Fate, in this case, is my son, Eli, who picked the winner out of a hat (helmet) last night.
Collin Flanagan of Bayside, NY is our No Good Deed Goes Unpunished Contest Winner! Congratulations, Collin. Here is the email we got from your wife, entering you in the contest:

My name is Grace Flanagan, I recently read about this contest and immediately thought of my husband Collin. During Sandy my husbands family lost their home in Breezy Point. The very next day my husband along with many of his close friends who also lost homes organized a Sandy relief center and drop off location at CJ Sullivan's in Bayside New York. This center ran 24 hours a day collecting all donations from canned food to baby supplies and everything in between. As many of us know the gas crisis was hindering the delivery of these much needed supplies. My husband and his friend work around the clock finding volunteers to donate buses vans and trucks. My husband also made trips to Connecticut to get the gas to fuel these vehicles to deliver these goods to his fellow neighbors in Breezy Point. My husband is a very giving man and I would love nothing more than to be able to give back to him. Since bike building is his passion I thought this contest suited him perfectly!

COLLIN

So there you go, Collin…this is what you just won:
  • A Vanson / Kickstart Leather Vest
