pancho run 2012.

this years pancho run (may 2-5) will be the LAST ONE. according to the lil general, its just run its course and everyone knows its better to burn out than fade away. that just means we are gonna go out in style. this run is NOT TO BE MISSED. i can tell you from experience, it will be total insanity. totally unpredictable, hell on wheels, all that shit. that said, the route is perfect and its a little earlier this year so its not gonna be as hot. head over to the main site HERE to check the details, and dont forget to register. see you there.....

Our unique designs, quality manufacturing processes, and fast, attentive customer service have been integral to our success. We believe that our people are our greatest assets, and are seeking an honest, knowledgeable, friendly professional to join our team and to treat our customers with the level of respect that builds lasting relationships.

Job Summary:
Candidate would be responsible for order entry, processing, and providing technical assistance to customers via phone and E-mail. Standard work hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm EST.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and E-mails to assist customers in a polite and professional manner; enter customer orders into system, respond to product inquiries and order status inquiries. Processing returns and exchanges promptly, offer solutions and find alternatives to backorders or discontinued merchandise. Able to remain customer focused and respond in a positive, professional manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations. Must be able to exercise good judgment and base decisions on the needs of the customer and the needs of the business. Work with other departments including shipping, engineering, or manufacturing to expedite orders, relay customer feedback trends, or provide estimated shipping times to customers. This description shall not be construed as a declaration of the total of the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position. Employees may be directed by their respective supervisor to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Candidate must be 18 years or older to apply. Knowledge of motorcycles and experience working in powersports industry is preferred. Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience is preferred.

Skills/Abilities:
Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette is required. Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and order entry software.

Physical Demands
Employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time while working with a computer terminal.
