Changed up the bike a bit. New tank, tank lift, coil relocation, and ignition relocation.

I like the tank, but in my opinion it sits too high that way. Assuming that it's the same tank that I have, those tanks already have a more shallow tunnel than stock and they sit about 2 inches higher. Having the lift on there kinda ruins the lines of the bike and it looks like you can see light shining through from the other side in the pic. Maybe I'm biased because I run the same tank, but I say lose the lift. Looks better with the electrical stuff moved out of there though. I had considered doing that with mine as well.

Yeah, I don't like that gap either. I moved the wire bundle up a bit to fill in the space, but if it doesn't grow on me I might drop it back down. I do love having all of that open space above the front cylinder though.

Hate to say it, but I like the lift. How much higher is it than stock? maybe just bring it down a 1/2 an inch at a time until the gap dissapears? I just love tanks that are higher than the top of the risers or bars for that matter.

I'm going to try and fill in the gap. Worst case scenario, I'll start shortening the mounts until I get it the way I want. Plus, I like having the space under the front of the tunnel so that I can stash stuff.

I filled in the space by wrapping it with black fabric. It looks much better now. I'm stickering up the tank too.
