I'm gonna be askin ALOT of questions on here so please bear with me...
first question,What are the best tools to get old tires off rims?
Second what is best too clean old chrome rims?

you may be able to use a bicycle tire repair kit it has a little crowbar looking thing to slide around the rim to remove the tire i have used a screwdriver as well but you were asking about the chrome so thats probly not a good idea i'll try to find a pic of the tool for you

thx goofrey,i took it to a bike shop beside my apt to get the old tires off new ones put on.
