Now that the snow is flying up here in North East Montana it is time to start tearing bikes apart again. Going to put a 836 kit on the old cb. Anybody else got any winter projects in the works?

I have some rigid struts being made to drop the rear end. I'll build a new seat. Probably buy or have some handlebars made as well. And likely paint 'er up too.

I am still working on my black chopper. I am really hoping it will be ready for a shakedown run this spring.

I was really thinking of konging my frame on my stock bike, but I think I will wait till I get the black one done.

SHAKEDOWN!!! I did one after cleaning my carbs in December. It was 20 degrees outside... coldest 15 miles of my life ha ha!

Sounds like a cool setup, I really like the sb&f prisms.
