I got a ragerbuilt jockey shift kit listed in the classifieds it fits 07+ straight away. Im sure it can be modified to fit other years/models.

hmmmm replace bald rear tire.... or jockey shift..... ugh........if you still have it after the damage to the wallet from the tire then i might wanna get it for my 08
