ok guys. I have an 81 550ltd and my #3 carb is leaking fuel out of the fuel bowl drain when the bike is running. I started by cleaning all the carbs and replacing the drain screw o-rings, but that didn't help. I decided to just rebuild all the carbs for piece of mind. I got done rebuilding them Saturday, and just a few hours ago got some time to hook everything back up, started the bike back up, and it is still leaking!!! What the Holy Hell is goin on?! Help guys, I know nothing about carbs and I'm stumped.

Thanks,
Ryan

Your float height is probably off causing the fuel to pour into the bowl even when it's too full. I haven't had a whole lot of experience with carbs but that's my best guess. I'd throw a thread up in the Jap forum and see if anyone else agrees with me. Oh and congrats on being the first to post a discussion on here! LOL
