Dang Nice bike man.. I am in the process of building a unistrut frame jig.. what went wrong with the one you had? Ive been full bore ahead gathering parts to put mine together and then i run into this thread where you had to go back after the fact and fix your frame due to a jig problem..

Being a broke ass! If you go back and look at my original jig, I made it out of sign post material. That is not rigid enough. It was really close to being right but close was not good enough so I went to Toxic chopper where there is a good solid jig and now it is right and ready!

I hear you on being broke.. thanks for the info.. mine will be made from unistrut.. its pretty rigid but favors the sign material you used.. i just have easy access to some of it in scrap form
