wheel could need fine tuning(truing). wheels usually sit a little off center for whichever side for the chain to clear and be straight to the primary side as well.
some are more offset than others on different makes and models.

Have a similar tank of an old Triumph, sadly it did not fair as well as yours

Been working on the frame, got some gouges from a grinder or something, welded them up, now I'm doing some very subtle molding and bodywork, should be in primer by the weekend I am hoping
