I think 420 weedleaves might be ok though.
Have you seen those headlights Tom Fugle did with Dave Mann prints in them? I think we need to someone get one with the cocaine painting in it. you know the one, I talk about it everyday

So Watasha stripped the paint of the oil bag or "weed sac" to find a shed load of rust. Wire wheeled the shit outta it and it came out lookin' rad

Here's a photo of it in its original shape and glory. I started stripping the gas tank today and found that original paint is still intact. We are razorblading and wet sanding thanks to advice from Roddy, hopefully we will be able to save this rad paint job. If anyone has any other tips on how to take it back to its former glory, let me know! thanks.

I started chippin' away the paint with some paint remover and a chisel

then I noticed the old paint still intact

                  Watasha sanded it down

                  helped date the original build

I am not planning on running this tank so it made its way on to the wall and will probably stay there for a while but it was really cool to see all the psychadelic prisms and lightning bolts and shit. Makes me wonder how stoned the original build was.

Watasha took a grinder to the moldings that werent worth keeping. Which was the majority.

some of areas under the old moldings were a bit more rough then others

finally got a good look at the bare-ish frame, still a few places to wirewheel and watasha is gonna fill some of the gouges with welds. I am going to draw and cardboard out some new moldings and with watasha's help do them the right way.

                          Glad you like the stickers
We've been pretty slammed at work all week so we haven't worked on the bike much. I think Boots is going to this weekend.

Hey ckecked out your blog CBCS this morning. Very impressed by the support for the black history month, and the way your opnion's were presented about the contribution they have made to the USA.
I am now following your great blog.
So best of luck with the BSA, they don't come around very often. U have abunch of folks on the edge of there tree stumps watching it unfold.
