I miss my Volkswagens.
First car I owned was a 73 Van. Next car was a 71 Van.
Then I moved on to a 71 Super Beetle. Honed my wrenching skills on that car. Rebuilt it all: engine, electrical, brakes, interior. Only thing I never got around to was the body work.
Damn I miss that car. If I wasn't so spoiled and lazy I'd get rid of my Maxima. I'm not gonna lie though...I've kinda grown to like A/C.Comment

Thanks dude! Yea. I have a history of wanting this car since 2000 when I got fired from an Audi dealership for getting pulled over doing 95 in a 35 in a customers car. I was 18 and an idiot but I swore that day I would get one. I'll never get rid of it either. No matter what else I get, I'll keep it. A 944 turbo is on the way. Hopefully I'll be able to track it at Road America and some SCCA events. Then its going to be either a 190 Cosworth Benz or an E30 M3. They are completely conflicting cars but I don't care. Epic fuckin cars man.Last edited by spdmtlrcng; 04-20-2012, 10:29 PM.Comment

We need to have some conversations!! Seems like we have similar tastes. I have an E30...waiting on an S54 for that hopefully. I wanted a B5 soo bad around my senior year of HS. I remember I saw this murdered out one that Todd Richards owned back then and I fell in love. Now that guy has a greymarketed B5RS4....my brother is a racecar mechanic and TR frequented the shop he worked at.
