    Default Toecutter Awesomeness

First purchase from classifieds was with Toecutter a couple weeks ago. The transaction went a little sideways due to USPS, but it all worked out. During the process, I had a few questions and never had to wait more than an hour for either an email or phone call.

Terry, thanks again! If your ever in Baltimore and need a ride, place to crash, or an alibi, I will handle it.

I second that notion.. everyone should just PM the mods and they make/edit a list of the user names on the first page with a simple +1 for good transaction or -1 for bad and a comment like "pm insert username for info". And change the name of the thread so its easier to find, maybe "Seller/Buyer Feedback"

Saves everyone from going through 30 pages of bullshit.

I've been on other forums and this is how they do the shitlist/cupping balls has worked GREAT! Just an idea..

OK, my turn. There are several folks I've done deals with here and they've all worked out well. Most recently, jeffro, Oldstfcycle, pandamonium, Dick54. Hats off to you guys, Thanx much.

I had a great experience with Chris at "CL Customs" in New Jersey. I had a POS LaRosa seat pan that needed some work to get it safe. She worked around a few issues with the seat hardware and came up with a design that was exactly what I had in mind (see my post on the leather work thread). A lot of the preliminary design work was done via cell phone and email, but she made it work. I am very pleased with the design work, communication and craftsmanship. Thanks Chris!

    Toxic Choppers (Finned oil Cap)
    Deep Six (Brass Pegs)
OldStf ( brass dress up kit +)

I did cuppa da balls in the Chop Market as well. So you have all been double cupped.

    Default choppin steel

maybe this is pre-mature cuz I haven't actually gotten the part yet but Eric B at choppin' steel has been pleasant, and in constant communication regarding a part he's making for me.

For those of you that have been following my build thread in the American section, lots of people have hooked me up with cool shit for my '53 Panhead build. All have been great - not only supplying cool parts in a timely fashion, but providing advice, encouragement, and good vibes. Shout out to:

    - Lee from American Cycle Service (fabrication, general build stuff, suggestions, etc...)
    - Vintage engine builder (and part hoarder) Rob Kelly
    - Tyler and Kyle from Lowbrow Customs (tank, wiring, advice, etc, general coolness)
    - Billdozer and the crew from Biltwell (bars, support to grass roots events)
    - Mark from Rogue Speed Shop (Mullins triple trees, vids, mags, etc...)
    - Corey from Prodigy Cycle (Death Science tail llight, Biltwell helmet, etc)

    Default CochiseCountyChoppers.

Just wanted to through this up here. Talked to Scott and Lori this morning. Much props to them both talked with Scott about 45min. What a cool ass Bro. we didn't talk really about anything in particular just the Triumph and chopper scenes in general. One of the most enjoyable conversations I've had in a while. Lori was great as well helped me out with my order and told me when it would be shipped and all. Anyway stand up folks they are. Maybe I should have posted this in the cupping balls thread but since it was pertaining to Triumphs I thought I'd post it here. Scott Lori next time your down this way Let me know and we'll get together and BBQ and Beers if y'all need a place to stay while your down here I'll make some room for ya here at the house.

    Thanks
    Larry

    Default Hammer In Hand

Just wanted to give props to Ivan and his crew at Hammer In Hand up in Michigan. I ordered some cool brass thumb screws for my spark plugs from them. Some asshole at the post office felt them in the envelope and popped them out like a foil pack pill. No shit, 2 almost perfect holes in the back like the cocksucker just popped em right through. I knew it was no fault of his, and they were only $5, so I called him to order some more, and just see if he could pad them somehow so they weren't as easy to pop out. I was totally willing to just pay for new ones since I knew it wasn't his fault, but he said he would just have his people send me some new ones on the house. I would definitely suggest these guys to others, and look forward to doing more biz with them in the future.
