    Default mini bike chop

My brother in-law and myself decided to chop a little baja mini bike.

It has a custom car air cleaner from somwhere???
the muffler is off a 200cc atv, and the header is made from an old set of 7/8 bars
the seat and springs are from ebay, and the bars I had laying around, aswell as the clamp on mirrors
the tank and head light are off a 72 sportster
the rear fender is actually just the front stortrned way down

so with the waight its lost and some carb work she flys along pretty good now

build in progress, on the bike table/transmission shipping crate for heavy equipment

a look at the exhaust pipe being made

    the finished mini bike

another angle, and a shot of my awsome pink shop chair

sorry bout the quality of the pics, the build was documented on my phone

Project in the works . Got the frame & wheels curbside. Used C channel to extend the forks. Gusseted new steering tube right over the old one.
Friend gave me the motor . Bicycle handlebars / riser. Suicide throttle made from bicycle handbrake . Had to buy clutch and chain so total project cost was about $30.
