Are you going to make an aluminum plug with and o-ring sealer again? Or do you have something else up your sleeve?

Got some more work done on the chop. Here is the sissybar made out of 5/8" stainless rod along with the counterbored bung mounts. Way easier to just buy those next time! Also made the seat pan out of 10g and got the fender mounted up and the new metzelers installed.

I hate you, and I mean this with the utmost respect, this bike is truly Frankenstein's monster. This has to be the most round about way to build a chop EVER! Absolutely amazing, everything about this bike bit by bit has been an a good read I can't believe I just stumbled on this and I even made a comment about the Sigma & LED when you posted it up on a different thread. I loved the evolution into the hyper-motard it became, some very innovative stuff and I was shocked after everything this thing had been through to see it get hard tailed but I guess only you know when its time to take your bike in a different direction.
How did those reenforced plastic ammo can things hold up? Was going to notch some 25mm cans for my dyna to clear the shocks but they are HEAVY and I thought if those worked good I'd give them a try.
