New York City old school shops, contacts directions!?

Hi all!
I'm gonna visit NYC in 2 weeks time, I'd love to visit some good places, like shops, clubs or whatever you reckon is important and worth visiting.
Possibly related to bike building history, motorbike clubs, swingarm choppers, skinny bikes, bobbers, knuckleheads, shovelheads, pans, ironheads, old school, NO FAT TIRES, all chrome or 50.000$ works.

Any Links or directions you could think are welcome!
Thanks very much!

P.s.
I missed the Brooklyn Intervention event, where amazing builders like Chopper Dave and Max Shaaf were exibiting their last works... You know know what i'm looking for!
