Ha yeah I seen that... that's what happens when you hang around with Jeremy Stenberg aka Twitch and Josh Hansen.

I dig it! An FXR build without a fairing and t-bars is always cool to see.

why would you change the final from something that is easy to maintain, easy to change, and unless you do something really stupid it will never leave you on the side of the road....(carry a couple of master links and a chain breaker in your saddlebags...even if you do need to change it, its a 1/2 hour or and hour at the most...and can be done on the side of the road if neccessar... the triple-x chains are clean, and run forever.... have almost 10k on mine and have had to adjust it once..one of the reasons I bought a classic harley is I like to wrench... and there is almost nothing on the bike I cannot fix with a few hand tools, experience and common sense...and i have said it before there aint very many FXR's down here in the sunshine state.

keep the chain and keep the failth

If the bike is bone stock with an origianl paintjob,, then it is sacrilge to cut it up... thats what happened in the 80's, why a bone stock 80's vintage bike is gold..... please don't destroy some the best looking bikes in the world....yes I love my FXR, will die with it...
