...reviving a dead thread. installation is pretty self explanatory. It's a bolt on accessory... use yer brains.

Mine was rough at first. I dropped some SafariLand CLP on the wear areas and didn't clamp it down like a jackass. Works like a beaut'

I installed my single cable whiskey throttle this week leaving a gap at the end, and using anti-seize for lube.. It was simple to instal (06 sportster), and it works awesome!

btw mad river, plenty of stacks pulled before, during and after made a huge difference. Oh, and using my brain worked out pretty well Dakota. Imagine that! Lol.
